The current checkout environment is a demonstration. No real payment is processed and no purchase agreement is formed unless explicitly stated during checkout. The products listed on the marketplace are for testing and demonstration of the platform's capabilities unless otherwise indicated.

TechMate is provided "as is" and "as available". As an active development project, services may be degraded, modified, or shut down without prior notice. Refer to our Status page for current operational states.

TechMate's security hardware and Faraday enclosures are designed to attenuate specific radio frequencies. We make no guarantees of absolute protection against all signals, nor do we make any health or medical claims. Users must verify the efficacy of the shielding for their specific use case.

Interactions with GVORA, GCOIN, or any blockchain-related services are at your own risk. TechMate does not guarantee the value, stability, or continued development of any digital asset.

All content, branding, and software provided on TechMate.live are the intellectual property of TechMate and its operators, unless otherwise noted as open-source or third-party intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechMate and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, products, or digital assets.
