The data controller is the operating entity of TechMate. As TechMate is currently a founder-led project under active development, data is managed directly by the core development team.

• Marketplace data: Shipping address and order history. (Note: the checkout is a simulation; no real payments are processed.)
• Form submissions: Information entered into contact or support forms.

We process your data to provide you with the services you request (e.g., simulated order fulfillment, replying to support queries). The legal basis is your consent and the necessity to fulfill our service agreement.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested service. We use select third-party processors (e.g., hosting providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.

You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Please contact our support team to exercise these rights.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session (e.g., shopping cart) and may use basic analytics to understand platform usage. We do not use third-party invasive trackers.

Transactions made on public blockchains (e.g., interacting with GVORA/GCOIN smart contracts) are public and immutable. We do not control and cannot delete on-chain data.
