Protection you carry,
not configure
TechMate makes Faraday and signal-shielding everyday carry. Our gear is designed to reduce or block supported radio-frequency signals when correctly closed and used according to the product instructions.
What signal shielding does
A shielded (Faraday) enclosure attenuates the radio signals passing through it. Put a contactless card, key fob or phone inside and the material blocks the wireless reads and transmissions those devices rely on. Take the item out and it works normally again. It is a physical, on/off kind of protection you can see and control.
Practical Use Cases
Digital privacy
Stop contactless cards and IDs from being read while they sit in your pocket or bag.
RFID / NFC blocking
Shielding layers block 13.56 MHz reads of cards, access badges and passports.
Key-fob relay-theft resistance
Isolate a car key fob so relay-amplification attacks have no signal to grab.
Device signal isolation
Fully isolate a phone, tablet or laptop's wireless signals on demand.
Travel organization
Shielded compartments that keep documents, cards and keys organized on the move.
Security workflow control
Simple, physical control over when a device can transmit — no apps or batteries.
Usage Limitations: TechMate products are about digital privacy and physical signal shielding for the uses above. We make no medical or health claims of any kind. They do not guarantee complete privacy against every conceivable frequency.
